Hi-Tide Chocolate

Hi-Tide Chocolate

Branding Packaging

The concept for Hi-Tide Chocolate was born from a story about an extremely hungry fisherman. The story goes that out of desperation, Hi-Tide’s founder Hans ate a chocolate bar wrapped in seaweed when his boat capsized in the year 1905.  He found it so fortifying and unexpectedly delicious that he and his wife developed a recipe and decided to share it with the world.

The result is a unique chocolate targeted towards fishermen on the Maine coast, with traditional-feeling but fresh design elements.
